Overview Effect: Earth as a Spaceship

Here is a 20min short that comes close to what one might deem as compulsory viewing. I’ve often heard that those who have been lucky enough to have seen Earth from space never fail to react to it in a powerful way; very lovely to hear a collection of feelings, thoughts and emotions here. Our precious and glimmering bauble, hurtling around our solar system can be thought of as a living spaceship. There is also a large slice of Lovelock’s Gaia about this, although not mentioned.
